    Chris, Have you found a place to upgrade your Garmin–or does such a thing exist here. If so, where.

      Hi Jack,
      Upgrading the maps on a Garmin GPS unit is expensive: you are charged for each update to the maps at the same high price. It’s cheaper to buy the TomTom app for the iPhone/iPad where the upgrade to the maps is at no extra cost. This really helps in places like Dubai where there is a massive road building project with new roads being added, so map updates are essential.
